A couple of weeks passed since the assault on the Orruck encampment on Sathirus IV. Progress made by the creatures had been satisfactory, considering their penchant for infighting. The Chaos Lord even kept Maalesh and Kordaya informed of their progress while Zethus and the forces of the Omniscient Eye worked in the background. Sitting on his throne, Nagash observed the Orruck fleet holding position in the Sathirus system in a formation by their species standards. The fleet was larger than he had anticipated.
