It was a nice spring day in the city of Tokyo. The streets were buzzing with people getting on with their daily lives as the threat of attack from the Lord of Destruction was in the air. In a darkened laboratory, Gate, the chief scientist of the Skull Empire worked endlessly at his control console. Gate was a tall man at seven feet tall with a thin dark blue diamond shaped gem on his forehead. His slightly long soft grey hair gave his blue eyes an eerie soft glow. Under his full length sleeveless laboratory coat he wore a silver version of the armour worn by Fefnir except a winged skull of the science division rested on it along with on his boots and his gauntlets in silver. This showing him to the chief scientist of the empire.

Somewhere in an abandoned technologically advance fortress on the Earth's Moon, Praetor Nagash with a bolter, walked down a long and wide metallic corridor having been split away from his squad of Imperial Soldiers. The reason he was here was to investigate the energy readings that were resonating from various locations inside the fortress.
